Conditions of stay:

· Prices include all energy consumption and final cleaning.

· The apartments must be occupied only for the agreed number of beds.

· The apartments must be returned in order.

· Animals are not accepted.

· Required deposit: normally 30%, except for special promotions.

· The price does NOT include the tourist tax: €1.00 per night for each person over 14, up to a maximum of 10 nights.

· CHECK-IN between 4.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. unless otherwise and specific communications or special promotions. After 9.00 p.m. check-in will be possible the following day.

· CHECK-OUT by 9.30 a.m. unless otherwise specified communications or special promotional offers.

· We also offer our guests cots and high chairs for children included in the price.

· Bed and kitchen linen (with fortnightly change) for direct bookings is NOT included in the price, but is available upon request for a fee: 7 euro per person; eg: 4 people will pay 28 euros if they wish to have linen.

· Bath towels for direct bookings are NOT included in the price (and do not require change), but are available upon request for a fee: 7 euro per person; eg: 3 people will pay 21 euros if they wish to have towels.
