Two new 3 room-flat, in a very quite position endowed with 2 balconies with beautiful view on the lake, on the Dolomites, and on the large garden that surrounds the house. With roof on sight, it combines the typical reception of mountain to every comforts. It has 32-inch satellite HD TV, connection to internet with wireless connection, oven, microwave oven, hairdryer, safe, dishwasher, washing machine, shower and bathing tub, cradle and baby’s chair, free Molveno’s card (in summer and in winter), large garden, ski storage and boots heated (in winter) and private parking. In the garden you will find besides many games for children (swing, slide, ...), a kiosk from garden and a new barbecue to prepare some good suppers. It is also available, bed linen and towels on request (each at a cost of € 5 per person). In summer and winter the house is just a few meters from the bus stop bus stop and the ski bus, both free for our guests.

The apartment 1 consists of large living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds, which can be combined into 1 double), 1 bathroom with bath and shower. There is a comfortable matrimonial sofa bed in living room and a beautiful angle bench in the kitchen. Instead in one of the rooms is present a comfortable “pouf”, that it to the necessity can become a further single bed (total apartment: 4 or 5 beds + sofa bed).

The apartment is composed of kitchen-living room, 2 spacious bedrooms (each with 2 single beds, which can be combined into 1 double), 1 bathroom with bath and shower. It also stands have an elegant couch in wood with comfortable pillows in living room and the third bed in one of the rooms (total apartment: 5 beds).
