Quiet location, but in the center and only a few minutes from the lake, with lake views, courtyard and private parking. The characteristic centre of the village offers many typical shops, renowned restaurants, pizzerie, pubs and ice-cream shops. Every evening there are spectacles and prestigious entertainments for the guests. With roof on sight, it combines the typical hospitality of mountain to every comforts. Built in 2012, is equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, safe, 32-inch satellite HD TV, shower, washing machine, hairdryer, free wifi internet access, babycot and high chair for children, ski storage and boots heated (in winter) and free Molveno card (summer and winter). The apartment on the second floor also has 2 characteristic dormers. Just below the house there is also a private parking. It is also available, bed linen and towels on request (each at a cost of € 5 per person). In summer the apartment is located a few meters from the bus stop bus stop, while in winter about 300 meters from the ski bus stop. Both are completely free for our guests.

COMPOSITION OF THE FLAT

The three-room apartment on the second floor attic with exposed wood has a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms (each with 2/3 single beds depending on your needs can be combined into 1 double bed), 1 bathroom with shower. It has also a comfortable sofa-bed in the sitting area that can become a further single bed and a wonderful sitting area (Stube) in the kitchen area.
